Supplementary Post: Proof That I Am My Best Version of Myself at Disney
By now, it's established that I am a die-hard Disney fan. The further I get into this class, the more I want to go back to Walt Disney World—so I looked through some old photos on my phone of me in happier times. I only have photos from my four most recent trips (the others are stored in photo albums and I haven't looked through them in ages), but one thing is consistent: I'm grinning from ear to ear in every photo. Below, proof that I am my best version of myself at Walt Disney World:
2017:
In celebration of my graduation, I naturally went to the Happiest Place on Earth with some of my best friends. Also pictured is me being a Pirates of the Caribbean superfan and arriving at the theatre straight from the airport just so I could see the movie on opening day.
2016:
My older sister was at Disney with some friends and I tagged along, but since I wasn't invited to hang out with her (*tear*), I toured Disney by myself. Any way I can be at Disney is perfectly fine with me.
2015:
This was my last family Disney trip. It was apparently around Halloween which reminds me of Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, which is going on right now. If only I were there.
2013:
I don't have many photos of this trip because I tried my hardest to eliminate proof of my middle-school, glasses/braces/braids/red pants (??) version of myself.
In summary: I have created so many amazing memories at Disney, and I'm so glad I've been as many times as I have with people I love. Disney isn't just the movies or the rides to me: it's these moments I've shared at the parks and in the theaters with my family and friends. I can't wait for so many more memories.
I love photos like these! And kudos to you for flying solo at Disney!
